Q. Do you have room service?

A. No we don’t, our rooms are fully contained so you can bring and cook your own food, but there are some excellent restaurants nearby and a short drive to Hastings eat street with some of the best restaurants in Australia.

Q. Are the pools good for kids?

A. Yes the pools are excellent for children, with a huge shallow pool in the middle and the heated pool has an easy slopping entry, giving kids care free access.

Q. Should I go to reception with any problems?

A. The Noosa Holiday Accommodation is a private business separate from the front reception and they would not be able to help you with any issues, if something arises please contact your hosts Mike or Michelle on the freecall number 1800 678 213

Q. Are the complimentary DVDs any good?

A. We think they are and continue to up-date them regularly.

Q. Is it easy to find?

A. The resort is on the main road and if you go to our Contact Details page there is a Google map with a get direction tool available.

Q. How many people can the rooms sleep?

A. Lakeside Apartment sleeps 2 (and upto 6, 4 on convertible sofas), Lakeside Premium Studio sleep 2 (and upto 4, 2 on convertible sofas), Lakeside Suite sleeps 4 (and upto 10, 6 on convertible sofas), Poolside Apartment sleeps 2 (and upto 6, 4 on convertible sofas), Poolside Studio sleeps 2, Poolside Suite sleeps 4 (and upto 8, 4 on convertible sofas).

Q. Can I smoke?

A. NO, there is no smoking in our rooms or on our balconies.

Q. Is there parking for all rooms?

A. Lakeside Apartment has 1 car park, Lakeside Studio has 1 car park, Lakeside Suite has 2 car parks, Poolside Apartment has 1 car park, Poolside Studio has guest car parking metres away from the unit, Poolside Suite has 1 car park and Guest parking only metres away from the unit.
